Pringles Saltiness

Sojourner

Is the salt on Pringles on the wrong side or the right side of the chip?

I'm confused.... I think I just put them in my mouth so the saltiest part touches my tongue first, but its been awhile since I ate them so I would need to go eat some to figure out which side the salt is on.

well the way it is curved, the best fit to put it in your mouth is salty side up. Unless you put it in the wide way.

I flip them over, and risk making a mess.. but there's no other way to eat them if you want the flavor.

I'm sending my brother out to the store to buy Pringles. I shall test this and report back my findings.

You're right. Its on the wrong side of the curve. You have to flip it over and risk the chip breaking and crumbling all over you in order to get the full salty effect (unless you have a really big mouth, I suppose).

I just stick 'em in my mouth and smell of elderberries all the salt off them, THEN chew them. You get to actually taste the pringle without the salt interfering it's taste.

And I DO have quite a big mouth, my mom was feeding me with big spoons when I was just a lil' infant. Now I think small spoons are WAY too small.

OK that is gross. The salt sucking, not the big mouth.

I think I have mastered the "eating pringles upsidedown technique" pretty well. Well enough not to make a mess.

I usually just eat them right side up because it is close to impossible for me to not make a mess while eating food normally, much less incorporating special techniques.

I've got Pringle crumbs all over my belly and lap. lol Between me and the 3 little girls my can of salt and vinegar chips is almost gone.

Maybe my problem is just that I have a small mouth. My orthodontist had to remove 4 adult teeth to create enough room in my mouth for the rest of them to fit, and I still don't have my wisdom teeth.
