um... how about cheap, wholesome, tasty meals/snacks?

I've been cooking out of a microwave for a year and living off roughly $50/week, so I could pitch something in there.

I would be willing to talk about chastity. Or, more aptly:

What to Do When Everyone is Doing it--But You

I'm a freshman, by the way, so if you come up with any specific questions about the transition, I'd be happy to help since it's all still fresh. :)

This may be a really blunt and out there question... but what if you gotta room with a guy who puts up posters of scantily clad women? What do you do about that? counter it with a huge poster of Papa Bene and a crucifix and stuff? How about rooming with someone who can't stand the Catholic articles? (basically for secular universities).

God Conquers

How about getting involved?

University/College is a huge opportunity for Catholics, not only to live out their faith, but to grow it too.

It's PRIME TIME for evangelization.

How about a lesson on how to share the gospel, lead a faith study with friends or encouragement to join a chaplaincy or student movement like FOCUS or CCO, etc.

The best defense is a good OFFENSE.

Sitting back and trying to do the bare minimum will get you in trouble... college is where you gotta take hold and step up.

When is your goal date for this?

I would love to help, as I have a bunch of youth graduating this year.

Could we work together and get something done by, say, June?

Sure. Wanna be a co-editor?

I was thinking of continually expanding it, so we could have a new edition each year. Since it wouldn't be anything we'd have left-over copies of lying around, it shouldn't cause any problems to update it continually.

I have a number of youth graduating, too. The two of us could probably write a number of useful bits of info. :) PM me and we'll get crackin'.

God bless,

Micah

a lot of my tidbits of gleaned knowledge are only applicable to my school...

but if you have any future RAGIN CAJUNS graduating, send them be me and i'll gladly show them the ropes of the Catholic student center etc.

I think it'd be good to talk about attending class and turning stuff in on time.

And i'm not sure if it's been said, but keeping and defending your faith with liberal, atheistic, agenda-pushing professors. and when to speak out and when to shut up.

Deus te Amat

WOW.

I would really really like one. Pretty please? It can be my birthday present....

And next year, I might even write in it for you. :)

I haven't read it myself but I think that "Staying Catholic in College" (from Catholic Answers) is a good one to include. Also, Pure Love, Pure Womanhood, Pure Manhood, and The Meaning of Vocation.
