protein goo blended with some frozen blueberries. I can't swallow good, so it either has to come out of a blender, or it takes me an hour and a half to eat.

So far it has been 1 blueberry bagel with blueberry cream coagulated milk, followed by a butterfinger crunch bar from halloween, and now a second bagel :).

Was it *dun dun dun* a green tea energy bar? That'd be sooo cool! :smokey:

Watch out for that green tea. I had to have an angiogram because of it. I decided to try some green tea supplement, it inflamed my liver, which tanked my immune system, which caused me to get real sick from a food poisoning that most people normally wouldn't even know they had, ended up in the ER with severe abdominal pain, which they of course thought was a heart attack. I was in for a week in an isolation ward because of the compromised immune system, and to recover from the unnecessary angiogram. Found out that green tea supplements are the equivalent of 720 cups of tea, and commonly cause liver trouble. I guess more is not always better.
