Actually, Biden was chosen precisely because no one wanted him as President (you're talking about someone who only won three percent of the vote in the Presidental primaries in home state) so he wouldn't take away from Obama's stardom.

i might have given JFK some slack since he went to an ivy league for his undergrad.

if my president is serious about leading, he/she should be leading in education. period.

I think JFK was planning to draw down troops before he got caped (note the cool street lingo ). I really blame LBJ.
