I feel the very same way. Not a coincidence.

We need to do an infomercial-style video promoting what regular Adoration can do for you. The host needs to have a foreign accent or some sort, and there must be plenty of cheep-looking coagulated milk-ball graphics.

lol I just imagined this being a good video for a rapper's song... but.. of course, we shouldn't rap in front of the Real Presence of God.....

(thinks)

I am very blessed to have adoration a few buildings down from me five days a week, and a chapel with the blessed sacrament downstairs! Paying regular visits has definitely made me feel closer to Jesus on a personal level.

DIFFERENCE in the last Three Weeks...

1st Week - Lots of Adoration
- Lots of Happiness

2nd Week - Less Adoration
- Kind of more worried about stuff

3rd Week - No Adoration
- Depression mode....

Adoration - I NEED IT!

We should do similarly as Pope Saint Pius V called Europe to do, pray the Holy Rosary, and as Our Lady of Fatima summoned us, to pray the Rosary. Let us not forget Our Lady of Victory whom it is thought to have brought victory to the hands of the Christians, in the battle against the Muslim invaders. Turn to the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar, in adoration and prayer, consecrating our nation to Our Lady’s Immaculate Conception and Heart, asking for the conversion of Russia.

It is time for us to pray and preach, to condemn sin and error so that sinners might be saved, but most of all setting a good example; Striving to be a Saint everyday, from start to finish. Let us commend ourselves and the Nation to our Immaculate Queen Unconquered, Our Lady of America, with the Guardian Angels of our nation to protect and guide us. Let us turn to our good God, whom remains like a prisoner on our Altars, let us ask of Him to strengthen His Church Militant, that we may be Soldiers of Christ; To expose such horrendous evils in the world today and uphold Holy Mother Church, expounding virtue againts vice.

In the dream of Saint John Bosco the Church is setting herself between two giant pillars, one is the Blessed Sacrament and the other is Our Lady. In this dream of Saint John Bosco the Church is represented as the Bark of Peter, and she is in a great battle on turbulent waters. Once the Bark of Peter sets herself between these two giant pillars, and anchors herself to them, the enemy vessels are sent fleeing.

Likewise, we should remain in the Bark of Peter, the Society of the Church, setting ourselves between these two metaphorical pillars of the Blessed Sacrament and Our Lady; with particular devotion in mind to the Brown Scapular and the Holy Rosary. Remembering that all prayers and devotions ought to find themselves satellite to the Blessed Sacrament, bringing us closer to Him that remains with us on our Altars, waiting for us, and out of love for us.

For those who are Baptized, moreover Confirmed, let us pray and preach; moreover devotion to the Blessed Sacrament. Be inspired by the devotion of Saint Benedict Joseph Labre who gave up everything to be a wanderer and perpetual pilgrim, homeless, praying constantly before the Blessed Sacrament. He gave up all things to Christ, even in some respect he gave up his name, for the people that knew not his name, merely called him “the saint”. He is known as the “Beggar of Perpetual Adoration”; let us ask his intercession, to inspire in us more devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, and that we may rely more on God, rather than ourselves.

Pray for Holy Mother Church, and our Nation, consecrating our nation to Our Lady’s Immaculate Conception and Heart. Cmmending ourselves and the Nation to our Immaculate Queen Unconquered, Our Lady of America...

:bump:

Adoration is changing my life. The more I go, the more it seems that I see the world through God's eyes. It sounds crazy, but I just want to be nice to people. I want to be calm and not complain about my life. I just want to be a nice loving person who can help change the world. I want to be a saint. I look up to St John Vianney, I think he was a wonderful saint. I want to be like him and all the saints. I hope I am one one day. I really do hope. This earthly life is temporary. Adoration I think is somewhat in the presence of Heaven. You are there to adore God, and to ask for guidance to live this earthly life. You are there to praise God, and adore Him.

Adore God, and spend time with Him with the Most Blessed Sacrament. You will be filled with so many Graces. The 7 Virtues actually.... I think I've been blessed with an abundance of them.

1. Faith is belief in the right things (including the virtues!).
2. Hope is taking a positive future view, that good will prevail.
3. Charity is concern for, and active helping of, others.
4. Fortitude is never giving up.
5. Justice is being fair and equitable with others.
6. Prudence is care of and moderation with money.
7. Temperance is moderation of needed things and abstinence from things which are not needed. Edited by Dust's Sister
