They can be anti-Catholic?

I know of one on CTF (Christian Teen Forums). He is Eastern Orthodox, and he is always defending the Catholic faith, ironically.

Kind of ironic considering who the real Church of Christ is...

You don't have Seventh Day Adventists listed. They would be in the number one slot with Pentacostals running a close second. There is some distinction tho. The Adventists think the Pope is evil but are always respectful of individual Catholics (in my experience). Pentacostals are less so, in my personal experience.

They dress just you and me.

Aside from the bloodstains.

I don't know if I'd personally call the Mormons anti-Catholic. They think the Catholic Church is the apostate church and all, but they are so familiar with being persecuted for what they believe that they don't really go there. In my personal experience.

Actually, I've found mormons to be very understanding. Half my town is momon (it seems that way at least) and my public school was about 2/3s mormon. I've never gotten into anything negative with then about the different religions.

I would say Seventh Day Adventists.
I met a minister once in the airport (funnily enough on my way home from visiting a convent) who told me they study the documents of VCII in seminary basically because the Catholic Church is the tool of the devil. It was an interesting conversation...

I think it depends on the congregation and the local preacher. My aunt's baptist preacher made reference every single week in his sermon to those poor catholics doomed to hell. She was so surprised when my dad explained he had never heard an anti-baptist sermon from a priest. I don't think she ever believed him.
When her son married a practicing catholic, she brought two ministers to protect her, and left the reception early because the priest drank champagne with us at the toast, and actually danced with the bride. I guess she was surprised he didn't have horns or something.

In my experience it has been the Seventh Day Adventists. They come out with the wildest claims about the Church. JW's on the list are probably first. Followed by Some baptists. When you say baptists that needs to be qualified. Landmarks and Pinyos and Southern are harsher than other forms of baptists. There are over 60 different baptists.

I have no clue what kind of baptists they were: it was one of small pastor is god type places. I did hear the anti-catholic preaching first-hand -he talked about those geniuses and their beads roasting.
