LouisvilleFan
It is only slow because you are running it virtually. You really cannot get the full effect of the OS until you run it natively. Just create a small partition of about 20gbs, try it out, then delete the partition. I happened to have an extra computer around and dual booted it with Vista (the nightmare OS) and the difference it literally like night and day.
No, it ran fine during installation and while playing around with it initially, considering I only have an on-board video card. Then I changed some of the memory settings hoping to improve its performance, but apparently had the opposite effect, probably because VirtualBox is looking for video memory my sistem doesn't have. Theologian in Training
Flexible pricing based on the different versions of Widows 7 http://i.gizmodo.com/5145366/all-the-flavo...ows-7-explained
LouisvilleFan
Well, two versions for the industrialized-nation home user. Seems a lot of the really cool stuff in Windows 7 requires a touch screen, but I hadn't noticed the much-improved calculator with financial functions talked about in one of Gizmodo's articles.
