Ideas To Keep Our Catholic Hospitals Open Legally

Ok. We could make a room with a desk and contraceptive supplies...divided from the rest of the building by a wall of fire that cannot be turned off. If they want them, they can go through the wall of fire that starts up intermittantly and that pattern is altered every day by computer...only to find the person behind a desk that is against the wall adjacent to the opening has a "closed" sign on it (there would be a door to get out safely.

and/or

We could refer them to a clinic built by the hospital. In it are contraceptive equipment and an abortion room that only looks unhygienic (plastic filth on them). The staff would make an appointment for the future patients. Bad smell machines, remote control rats running across the room from one crack to another, screaming sounds from another room, etc. If the person still wants it, a signal could be sent to those who could do it and they could leave, having left a sign saying out for a party (which they might as well have). We could hire ex abortion practitioners, licensed in that state, to run the place or be registered as hired to be a doctor or nurse there, so no one has to be trained. Hey! We DID refer the person. Could they close the place if it doesn't violate hygiene standards? What would it matter if it made no business?

Well, maybe a pro-choice employee might infiltrate it. I don't know if that would change anything.

If the bishops don't punish heresy-teaching and/or promoting Catholic schools with a lawsuit or withdrawing church support and name, would they really punish hospitals doing abortions, plug pulling (euthenasia), or referring?

I'm thinking we have a room stocked full of contraceptive croutons, just a plethora of the stuff, but make it impossible to get to. Like false walls, halls that double back on themselves, staircases in weird places...
Then whenever someone asks for it, we tell them "Oh, it's on the twelfth floor, room 37B, but all the doctors and nurses are currently with a patient, so you'll have to go ahead and find it on your own."
Then on the offchance they find what they want, they have to come back somewhere else to pay for it, but we find some reason to send it back. Maybe it's expired or no longer up to code or something, but radio ahead to the janitors to rearrange the false walls.

I like what I'm hearing so far, but I think it might be a little hard to implement.

How offering NFP as a contraception alternative?

put the room on the 13th floor but no stairs or elevator leads to it because of superstitions and if they manage to get there keep the door locked cause of the reason above

so what if we don't believe in superstition its 2 negs make a positive

also if by some weird means they get in have the walls covered in the most beautiful baby pictures known to mankind in a very long hallway which leads to the door

if they still get to the door have the "doctor" dressed as the devil wearing very thick glasses and when he greets the person have him talking to the door as if he thinks thats the person and act surprised when the person tells him otherwise

if they still want to go through with it have them sign a death wavier and the doctor comes in with a chain saw and as he starts it up he tells the nurse to gas the person with an evil laugh

if that doesn't make them leave have him wake up in the waiting room on the first floor with a nurse telling him he did the paper work wrong and must start over

then cycle continues tell they leave or have a change of hart

How about having no obgyn's on staff? Have no maternity wards, do no routine d&c's, and so they can't make a sex discrimination charge, no prostate or urinary surgeries of any kind.

Saint Therese

How about we pray that the ceos of these hospitals are willing to lose money and close the hospitals rather than cooperate with evil.

The key word is "Catholic" as Catholics we can never even give the apperance of impropriety. As Funny as this all sounds, and it does. This whole thing is just evil at its highest, they can try to force the hand, but we will and should close up shop. You could not even suggest the "chop shop" next door. Satan will never win here, but he can certainly give the apperance that he is going to. We could just install 4,000 cold shower stalls in every city,it would be cheaper! :smokey:

I am 100% sure that Catholic hospitals won't be forced to provide abortions. At the end of the day, the government can't afford to have all Catholic hospitals closed which is what would happen if that was implemented.

There will be some provision for Catholic hospitals.

I wish I was that certain.

In Canada, doctors are not allowed to object or refuse to refer abortions.
