The News of the World is infamous BUT they wouldn't put a picture like this up on their site claiming to be Phelps unless it was. They'd hardly risk getting sued. This was the paper that gave a video of Amy Winehouse taking drugs to the police.

yeah it doesn't look like phelps....at least to me. It could be him but I'm not convinced from the picture. First thing is Michael is really tall, 6 foot 4 inches. I hope it isn't him though. That would be so sad if he ruins his career.
