There isn't a right to tv. But the Federal Government has done a very good job of creating a widespread entitlement mentality. And they have won themselves a widespread uninformed voting base that only wants to vote themselves other people's money, because it's their "right." Number of murders seen on TV by the time an average child finishes elementary school: 8,000 Kids in the United States see 40,000 commercials each year.
