Did you ever see the movie "Canadian Bacon"-it's hilarious, there's a jail there and people are in it for littering and being in too many bad moods lol -Katie
Didn't they get in trouble because the anti-Canadian slogans they painted on their van weren't in French as well as English?

No, no. It was just hearsay, I think it might have been wrong.
I heard that black people aren't really people and that jews have all the money.
i heard obama doesn't think babies waiting to be born and born alive during an abortion are really people...

...i think he calls them "punishments?"

In regards to the subject of this thread...I'm still wondering how millions of tax dollars paying for abortions stimulate the economy???

Yes, they did! They had to pay lik $10,000 Canadian, or $10US for a fine, hehe.(though the exchange rate now is pretty much equal, sadly-no extra dough for me to shop across the border). -Katie

Actually right this second it's back to what it was a while ago. I think (but I may very well be wrong) that we're trading somewhere around 0.85.

Shopping across the border? Canadians cross the border to shop in the States quite often as well, for different stores.
At least around here. Maybe it's different in central Canada.

Yes a lot of Canadians come here to shop too-pretty much anything south of St. Catharine's, since there's not a whole lot south of that. -Katie
