It seemed the two professors who were most outspoken against it were chemistry professors. It is true that the only thing I expect to see on the wall of a lecture hall used for chemistry is a periodic table...but I think an icon would help to relieve the blandness. There is no rule that says you have to be Catholic to teach chemistry at a Catholic college, but I agree that being [i]shocked[/i] over someone putting a crucifix in your classroom is a little...silly.

Oh, and btw, Peter Kreeft teaches at BC. They're not [i]all[/i] heathens there.
