Related to this: GPs are to be given bonuses for getting girls to have contraceptive implants...great, that's really going to solve the problem. That's gross but I've have heard the reason why having a kid so young is so big is because their parents won't have anymore children so then the children take it upon themselves to reproduce. The girl's mother isn't a great role model either-she has a sticker in her window that says 'I'm ho*ny'...also, apparently the girl has had three other sexual partners, although the mum denies it.
