Well.....

We had a big tree with big roots and he was fat and fluffy so he couldn't get away from me. I thought it would be for him like King Kong where you had all those giant animals walking around. He could stretch his legs, move around a bit et cetera.
But you still have to deal with a dead mouse, and the cat eliminates that problem. Except of course when they leave you the ears to prove how hard they work and deserve a treat....
I'd rather deal with the trap than cats and litter boxes. My mom had a cat (technically he belonged to my brother) that lived primarily out in the garage (except in the winter time) and he'd catch any critters that came into the garage. He only ate their hearts and left the rest on the front doorstep. He's the only cat I've ever remotely liked and I was still violently opposed to him being allowed indoors. (I'm very allergic, when I visit my sister or any other relatives that own cats I have to pop claritin the whole time I'm there, stuff my pockets with kleenex, etc., and I still itch all over. Doesn't matter if the cat runs off and hides while we're there, there's still dander and fur everywhere.)

My Dad is like that with dogs. :ohno: He is okay for a little while and he can pet the dog if everyone is outside but then he has to go wash his hands. But if he stays holed up in a house that has dogs his throat tightens and he has to go outside to be able to breathe. The only reason why he can be around cats is because they clean themselves.

That was stupid.
The guy was better off just shooting a hole into his house and the mouse.
I would never sleep if I knew there were mice in my house.

Oh my gosh HYSTERICAL. The fluffy cat is adorable and I laughed when the mouse basically ran under the other cat, who did nothing!

I had a cat like that that didn't believe in the death penalty. She would play with the mouse and them let it go so it could run back under the fridge.

+J.M.J.+
the mouse traps didn't work. we set several. the cats did their job, caught the mice and killed them. a waste of money for mouse traps.

We have 3 cats and I am allergic to all of them. We've always had cats in our house. I have one on my lap right now (instead of the laptop). Please don't kill them... Our boy cat likes to pee outside the litterpan and our little baby cat likes to mushy mud pie in front of the laundry machine and our old cat is bullied by our boy cat and tends to mushy mud pie wherever she feels safe. It's always fun in my house. I still love our cats, even if they are a pain. They are warm and cuddly. I think you can never have enough cats. I may be turning into a crazy cat lady.

My little pet mouse is not evil... (the ones that live in the garage are, though).

What do I need a cat for? I have a potty training toddler (who coincidentally is better at doing her business in the proper place than your cats are ). Add to that the other two and the one in utero, I've got about all the warm cuddles I could ever possibly need. :hehe:

And probably all the mushy mud pie you could ever need.

I like cats because before she died, my fiance asked me to take care of her cat Lily if anything ever happened to her. I was the only other person the cat would go near at her house.

Shes doing fine now after the first few days, and even getting along with my dog!
