As Minister of Culture, I will be provisional head of a University and Library located in your capital, and able to appoint professors and librarians as I see fit. I will also design the rules and layout of the above said university and library. I will also rule and inspect all schools and libraries and develop them as I see fit for the education and liberation of the minds of your subjects all within the goal to help lead them to God. 3.
