That's an exaggeration though. Winters are cold and harsh. Can quite easily get below -40. Summers generally get no higher than 30, and are quite short. Usually only end of June to very start of September, but it can snow in any month. We rarely leave home without a coat, just in case. Weather is unpredicatable.
