I think my mom is planning to start training her soon. She might have actually already started. :idontknow:
Was she wearing a diaper when she peed on you? Because if she wasn't I'd take that as a clue that her training had already begun. lol

My husband decided that our youngest needed to potty train when I got preg and was really sick; he decided he was sick of the poopy diapers. He tried starting before she turned 2, though, so it was slow going until recently (she turned 2 in January, and he started "training" her when she was about 20 months). It took her awhile to pick up on her body's cues that she had to pee. Now she'll be playing and I'll watch her drop everything and bolt for the bathroom.
She woke up from a nap 30 min ago, ate and I put undies back on her.
Then she started jumping up and down and looking at me sort of yelling....didn't click that she was doing her first potty dance!
rushed her to the bathroom but she was already done. I cleaned and changed her and 10 minutes later she comes running to me and pointing to the bathroom. Again it didn't click that she needed to pee, so I picked her up.
'
now she has another pair of clean undies and I, a new t-shirt.
:hehe: I think she might be picking up on this business faster that you are. ;)

 yeah.

although she freeks out when I put her on the seat while she's peeing. doesn't really mind just sitting there when she's done though.

Yes, it is pretty early. I don't really think she was ready for it until the past couple months when she started going on her own more. I still wouldn't say she's trained since we can't take her out in panties, but she's made a lot of progress. And, actually, my husband HAS taken her out in panties twice... not entirely on purpose. She had an accident the first time and made it through the whole outing the second time. :) She's getting there, but training her has definitely been taking a lot longer than it did with the first two. I think if we'd waited until around the age she is now it would have happened a lot faster. Like, she's happy in either a diaper or panties, she doesn't really have a preference. When I trained her sisters it took them each a couple weeks but once they had it down they absolutely refused to wear diapers, even to bed. Accidents happened but didn't occur very often. Charlotte isn't quite there yet.

ah I see. :)
So far Caillen managed to go through all 15 pairs of her panties. Now she's running around bear butt...but I finally got her to sit and pee just a little!
Mom finaly got home though so hopefully she'll help.
