hoosieranna
Apparently a parody has been published called Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. Now THAT sounds like a rip-roaring read. Edited April 18, 2009 by Nadezhda

tinytherese
My best friend and I had a Jane Austen party where we watched a few Austenian films and we got onto talking about if we could choose any leading man from her novels to marry who would it be. We both thought about it for a long time. I can totally see us fighting over an imaginary guy if we had chosen the same one. She chose Mr. Darcy, which is good because he was my second choice. My college rommate is engaged and I totally think of him as a Mr. Darcy kind of guy. She used to not like him at all and he comes from a wealthy family. Now she loves him and is going to marry him in the future. Yea, a real live Mr. Darcy.

Arpy
All I know about Jane Austen is that Snape played Mr. Darcy or somebody in one of those movies.
