In the past, 3D movies were only used for things to pop out at you. Most often during up you forget you are watching in 3D beacuse it is constant. I hope Pixar makes many for like this. Brother Adam Posted June 14, 2009 Share Posted June 14, 2009 I saw it in 2-D and did not really like it. Way too emotional at the beginning for a kids movie. Where WallE's lack of dialogue added to the movie, I thought Up's lack of dialogue distracted from the plot line. I will have to rewatch, but my thoughts are this is Pixar's weakest offering so far.
