I don't get what the point of creating thread was.
What do you want to discuss?

But yes, God is often a great source of joy for me.

If you couldn't tell, I absolutely love the extraordinary form of the liturgy and all things that go with it, such as the Latin language and Gregorian chant. I also really enjoy theology. I go to a Catholic school and am involved in scholars' bowl. Perhaps you could share some things about your self?

Did your parents introduce you to the EF Mass?

Well I'm a convert, although at a very young age.
I converted when my mother sent me to a catholic primary school.

I love the EF aswell. It's beautiful. I love how fully it expresses the Catholic Faith, even the bits that the secular world see's as "negative". I despise the fact that things like hell, redemption, sin, the saints etc. were all watered down in the OF Mass. I mean, if I was Paul VI, I would have just granted a universal indult to have the missal of Pius V said in the vernacular. And this sounds horrible, but I absolutely CANT WAIT until the generation of priests who were ordained in the 60's reaches retirment age. But anyway I digress.

I live in Melbourne, which is an amazing city. I am in my final year of highschool, and hopefully next year will study journalism at university next year. I would love to write for political and religious publications.

And at the moment I'm probably at the biggest cross roads I will ever face in my life :P

great. hahahaha
