that's what i do
The 'easy' courses are things that are completely boring to me. :P The classic one that everyone uses as an example is art history. I'd never be able to get into that. My social science may be a poly sci course because I can get into that, and probably get a way higher mark than art history.

apparently it is! for online homeschooling anyways.

lucky you i suppose :P
actually, i hate picking classes. That's what I liked about TAC, they already have a schedule and classes when you get there. I hate fighting for classes to take.

You're talking about high school, aren't you?
I didn't have a ton of choice for high school courses. Decent choice, but nothing to be amazed by. They offer what they offer, and all the cores and main options were there... plus a couple cool ones like sports performance and psychology. Only difference is that in my school, if you want, you could take every single course offered.

This year I'm taking Ecumenism, Social Teaching of the Church, and Introduction to Church Law. I have promised the Dean of Students to be nice to the Church Law professor, and not make him look bad. We'll see.

Right now I'm taking 5 classes- 16 credit hours. I'm debating adding a language, though... I'm double majoring, thus I want to get these required courses out of the way asap.

but I'm kinda worried that if I pile up too much in my first semester of college I'll have a hard time keeping up.

advice? :idontknow:

Don't pile it up. First semester is one of the hardest because you're just settling in and working things out and might discurage yourself by being overworked. MAYBE you could try it for second semester, but the first year is pretty crutial.
Who wants to help me pick classes for next year? :D

First semester is already set. Economcs 201, Statistics 213, calculus (the lame beginner kind for us dumb folk ;) ) Computer Science 203, and Junior English.
Second semester, the required ones are Economics 203, Statistics 217, and Business and Environment 291. I have a social sciences option and a humanities option.

I'm sort of stuck on the humanities option. Wondering if I should try out taking beginner Japanese, or if I should go with Philosophy or Religious Studies. Anyone done any of them and would recommend them?

I'm excited. :)
I vote for Japanese!!! Is this too late? I am bored so I am responding to whatever!

anyway I see Eagle_Eye has already posted something! :)
