Once you finish your sabbatical we should start that dialogue thread where we can throw out in the open ideas, links, etc. It could be like an everything thread.
Here is a little Robert Frost for you:

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

:detective:
*raises eyebrows slightly*

I will start on time! Time is often argued as an illusion because when staring at a moving hand which goes at the speed of one second, it seems hours when in essence one minute has been completed! However when a mind is occupied with a fun filled activity- time tends to go so fast we barely realize it. And a whole evening of party and games seem equivalent to one hour. When of course in essence a whole evening has passed by!

o.k. that was harsh.

Actually you made a good point without even realizing it:

When you are doing what you are suppose to be doing, and being the way you are suppose to be, and everything in you is working correctly your concrete activity falls back on your subjectivity and you are able to in a sense transcend time by existing in a sort of mode of contemplation. You start doing things and saying things without even realizing it, with little or no effort. You lose yourself and that is when you may realize that God is communicate Himself to you by way of grace in subtle ways in your soul as well as in the midst of games and parties and through others.

Though when you grow up things get a little difficult since the games and parties are less frequent.

Who says I was flirting?

In what way? Physical age or terms of mental capabilities? :detective:

State of being can be seen in several way- I will handle the physical state!
there is a physical observation. (e.g. standing in a room therefore adding to the chemistry of how things in the room interact) For an example-your mind may be so engrossed into a particle far out idea that you do not notice what occurs around you! However if another being (person) were to run into you. You would be affected because your physical being was still present therefore your physical being was there while your mental (does not always need to be) being was not.

It was a joke.

I hope you understand I meant you were flirting with an idea. Its an expression of speech such as 'flirts with genius,' etc.

And I mentioned age since only a girl would think of games and parties as a mode of transcending time. Which begs the question, isnt it past your bedtime?
