I never ready beyond that point, because by then they were truly milking it for money, and because I never made it through [u]Glorious Appearing[/u]. My stomach couldn't handle the sheer amounts of gleeful carnage doled out by the "Christians" and Jesus waving his hand and making people pop apart like blood balloons.
