kafka
When I asked if you were a dualist.
man's basic structure is soul-body-spirit. It is a threefold reflection of the Trinity. Soul is the spiritual aspect Body is the material aspect Spirit is the interaction between soul and body when a human is alive. [Wisdom] {15:11} because he ignores the One who molded him, and who instilled in him a working soul, and who breathed into him a living spirit. [1 Thessalonians] {5:23} And may the God of peace himself sanctify you in all things, so that your entire spirit and soul and body may be preserved without blame at the advent of our Lord Jesus Christ. kafka
the spirit aspect of man is more subtle. One cannot coordinate spirit philosophicly like the soul or coordinate it biologically like the body, or perhaps one can. Maybe this idea needs to be more develeped by the great thinkers. An example of experiencing one's own spirit is the feeling of being lifted after having performed a good work, or the consolation of being absolved from God.
