Thanks, hot stuff. Maybe I can stop feeling guilty, now.

Can't seem to come up with anything that doesn't sound trite, and there's so much here that sounds good already, and I'm disgusted with the idea of making a catchy slogan (like the Coke-styled "Jesus--He's the Real Thing" T-Shirts I used to see). How about this:

"God is Really Present."

It's the focal point of all we do at Mass, the moment when heaven and earth meet. What I've sometimes struggled with in the past is knowing Real Presence theology upstairs in my head, but having difficulty incorporating it into my heart. I believe God has softened up my stony ground over the past month or so, and I'm seeing the Eucharist with the eyes of my heart more than ever.

My other option, which isn't that creative, is something we say every week: "One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic". I tend to emphasize those words durung the Creed, because they mean a lot to me. They mean we have church founded by Christ upon Peter and the apostles, that her message of salvation is intended for all men, that we have been set apart by God and in union with Him and one another.

Finally, there's this: "Mama's praying for me." It's good to know.

Oh, and:

IN HOC SIGNO VINCES

I take this to mean that only through Christ and His sign will we be able to conquer our fallen natures.

Take 1: "Ut Unum Sint"
Take 2: "Love Jesus, Love others"
Take 3: "Pax Christi Pax Romana"
Take 4: "Anything less is uncivilized"
Take 5: Faith. Hope. Love. Tacos.

Technically, that's the definition of theology, not Catholicism, no?
