Yep. The Society of St. Pius V left the SSPX because the SSPX used the "modernist" 1962 liturgical books. :rolleyes: If I recall correctly the Society of St. Pius V uses the pre-1950s liturgical books.

Not just that, they also disliked the SSPX accepting diocesan annulments and not conditionally re-ordaining a number of priests who left the Novus Ordo for the SSPX. They're known as "the nine" and the letter they wrote to Arch. Lefebvre is actually very interesting.

The SSPV shortly splintered after they left the SSPX too, btw :rolleyes:

No, they don't have one near me. CMRI. But I'll go to SSPV, Independent, most SSPX, and pretty much any Indult mass given by a valid priest.

I like the whole thing about underground churches and stuff... they totally discount the fact that the Ancient Temple was above ground in Jerusalem, Christ walked [i]on [/i]the earth and the first Eucharist was in an [i]upper [/i]room...
