It's not about catacombs or a "hidden Church". The idea of an underground Church isn't against the faith. Look at China and communist Russia. I believe John Paul II was trained in an underground seminary, actually.

What is against the faith is holding that their is no hierarchy or authority, it reduces Catholics to the state of protestant sects.

But atleast it's more logical than the SSPX, there IS a Catholic Authority which is infallible but we'll decide what's binding and what's not.

debating this topic isn't allowed on the phorum. You'll find pretty much everyone here agrees with you on this anyways, so no point in going into it.
In accord with holy tradition therefore, we must reject any and all above-ground church structures, in accordance with the true traditional practice of the Roman church. Unfortunately, funding issues and zoning laws in our locality have so far prevented us from excavating new catacombs in our area, so we are temporarily headquartered behind the water heater in our basement.
I tried to tell my sisters we should have the chapel underground, and they said they decided what my manual work during the novitiate will be

Now I'm scared :(
