That's what I've been doing for the past few days. 4 mile bike rides around beautiful terrain...

But not much help for sleeping.

hm, even after all that prayer.. i agree, try some exercise to get rid of all the energy. wake up early, keep a busy day, exercise or do high activity, don't nap, pray, maybe do some adoration, an examination of conscience..

unless you're a super saint, i defy you to stay awake after running a marathon, eating a big turkey dinner, having some wine, then watching golf on a soft couch. :P
