Dear Pham,

I am really stunned - It's over.

We settled via mediation, yeah 6 days before trial. I so needed this to be on a beautiful day and it was. It was Pentecost Friday and First Friday in the month of the Sacred Heart.

I am permanently now a homeowner and single custodial parent. Legal custody is joint, yet there are stipulations, that address the abuse and so I have final say over medical, dental and mental health - and it was anti-husband's lawyer who initially drafted that language!

It was about four 1/2 hour session, everybody very tired near the end and they wanted to gloss over religion, including my own lawyer. That's when I rose up and wouldn't stop tho there were four voices against me. I finally said you do not understand, this is the MOST important part, my conscience will NOT allow what would be gravely against my children, and anti-husband howled w/ laughter but I ignored that, and kept right on, my voice was loud, I interrupted, I was not nice and I would not stop!

- and I drafted (verbally) that the children shall attend the Latin Mass on all holy days of obligation, at any diocesan Catholic church...

- yeah, Mass and sacraments in the "traditional (1962) Roman Catholic Rite"

- I cried a lot during this part and for good reasons the order is drafted that neither parent may hear the child's sins or examine of conscience

Most of the children and I turned in very early, watching The Incredibles. We slept all in one big room like when we were in the shelter. I could be on Oparah a dozen times, all that has happened. There remains not even a hint of acknowledgement of the abuse by anti-husband. However, the reports show all the professionals invloved, do. And it took a lot of time and back-breaking work to get people to understand, it took investigators (5 of them) a lot of work and time, too, it had been quite Luciferian, quite complex.

So I need to collapse and cry and be quiet for a season. Now comes the real work, which should in theory be easier w/ this 14-month marathon done...to raise these souls in a healthy, happy, normal home - a real chance to become holy please God, please prevent ongoing damage.

I can never really express my gratitude to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts. To Thomas Moore, my father! To Joseph, Big Theresa, Athenasius, St. Raphael and Michael...

...to all my family + friends known and unknown. To you.
