They hid out with Johnny Cash since their supposed 'deaths', helping him write and record music. That's where the amazing inspiration came from. They were joined very briefly by Cobain, but they made him leave because he's just too rebellious. I should know. After all, I was there. Same studio where they staged the lunar landing. No joke.
