Communion in the hand is also permitted under ecclesiastical law, and the poll in Transmundane Lane shows that two-thirds of phatmassers would like Communion in the hand to be no longer permitted.

I think what she was getting at is that it would be nice to have a thread on phatmass about a Sacrament being celebrated without the thread turning into yet another debate about "I don't agree with this" or "I prefer the EF practice of this", etc..

The thread [i]is[/i] entitled "Baptism in Mass," rather than just "Baptism." The addition of "in Mass" is what led me to comment on how I feel that Baptisms should normally be celebrated outside of Mass (excepting the Easter Vigil of course).
