Hassan
I went through eight years of private secular lower and middle school, and I can say with complete honesty that I am very glad that I go to a Catholic high school now. Also, if I wanted to do a minor in theology (or perhaps even a major) a secular university would not be the best place to do that.
Yeah, but college is different. You're challenged to justify your beliefs in ways you just arn't in the lower grades. I mean I had one teacher for a few AP classes who loved to grill his students (particularly me as I was the one non senior there) with the Socratic Method, but it still isn't the same. I decided to go to the EF for the first time after reading about it online.
Awesome. How do your friends, family etc. react to how devout and knowledgable you are? ps. I hope I don't sound offensive, I think it's great you like to know so much about your religion

It often happens that one becomes like those with whom he surrounds himself. I would rather spend four years becoming more like Catholics who love their faith than atheists and agnostics who do not have any faith.
OraProMe
Hey I just though Resurrexi, You're only a little one. The SSPX will probably be regularized by the time you graduate high school and you could go to St. Marys if you wanted. University + the TLM. Most very orthodox Catholic universities either have an EF Mass celebrated on campus on Sundays or there is one nearby, anyway. Resurrexi
I would like to visit St. Mary's after the SSPX are regularized, though. I hear it is a very interesting place, and it is a very short drive from where I live. Edited June 14, 2009 by Resurrexi

tinytherese
I'll be attending BC this fall. It'll be a totally different world for me. My previous college was a secular women's college that was too small for a Newman Center. (311 total students and few Catholics.)
