Huh. Given the posts I've seen from your Dad and sisters, I would have thought your family was really loving and respectful of the Eucharist. Your Dad seemed like the kind of guy who would encourage reverence for Jesus.

Apparently my impressions have been completely off base, if your Dad is the kind of guy who would tell this story with the intent of making people laugh at the sacrilegious treatment of Jesus and encourage you to do the same.

Not once do you say it's horrifying or despicable behavior. Instead, you say you posted it to entertain us, and to amuse us with "sick humor."

If that's what you and your family thinks is "entertaining," I think that's sad. I fail to see how it could be funny or entertaining in the least to anyone who seriously reverences Jesus in the Eucharist.
