VeniteAdoremus
Compôte! With strawberries! I have absolutely no idea what the name is in English. But it's good. GOOD.
T-Bone _
Already made pies. Pies, pies and more pies. Compote sounds good, though. Anything else?
CatherineM
My husband likes it boiled. Kind of like cream of celery soup but with rhubarb. It grows wild here in alleys and vacant lots, so I guess when this was farm land that's what they planted. My husband is always bringing it home, but there is no way that I'm cooking something that was growing next to our dumpster.
T-Bone _
That sounds so much like something I would do. I once found a bunch of morels growing, and was like, "Score!"
Nihil Obstat
I love rhubarb. Strawbery rhubarb pies are lovely. Also apple rhubarb crisp. I think some of you crazy Americans call it cobbler.

CatherineM
Where I come from, proper cobbler is a religious experience.
