My analogy applies in that like the above contrast, rather than acknowledging the event of Christ's birth as the Incarnate Word of God being brought into the world, atheist are celebrating the opportunity for gift exchange, mistletoe, and eggnog while the season permits.

The rituals used in the Judaic tradition were impacted by the fulfillment of the covenant...the manner in which they are applied has the same meaning (to glorify God). 3.) Are you implying that atheists are stealing the meaning of Christmas?
