18-Y.o. Brother Out Of Control

Please pray for my family.

My 18-year-old brother has been out of control for the past two years or so, smoking pot and stealing things and constantly falling in to debt and then asking for money and lying about what he uses it for. Like our father, he is a compulsive con artist, manipulating everyone to make it seem like he is the victim and everyone is out to get him. My grandparents (with whom we live) are being broken down little by little. They tell him to get out but never enforce it, and he refuses to leave. He gets in huge arguments and calls them terrible, terrible names whenever they don't give him what he wants (which is usually something as small as $10.) and is breaking our family apart. He sleeps all day, has his friends over when my grandparents are out of town on weekends and smokes pot and does other drugs, though he lies about all of it. Please pray that they will have the courage to call the cops and get him some help, because I really don't think they can handle the stress much longer. I don't want to lose them.
