Trying To Buy A House

Hey All,

My husband and I are about to buy a home, if everything falls into place. A friend of his at work is building a new home and selling his current home, and we're about to get approved for whatever the VA loan says we get approved for, and we're pretty sure it's going to cover the purchase of this house.

Please pray that this could happen for us. It's a quietly beautiful and spacious house in a safe neighborhood, and it's a house that we can commit to for the long term and hopefully raise our growing family in.

We'll also have to break our lease with our current complex, which we've already talked over with them. It'd be a clean break, but is also going to require $2,000 and 60 days notice.

Please pray that all of the dates fall in line, between us giving that 60 days notice and the potential 30-60 days it may take for our loan to clear and all that business. This is a big leap for us, and while we know it'll be good in the long run, we may be a bit tight on cash for a while. Please pray that we be responsible with our money and not allow ourselves to become frivolous when we could be saving.
