[/quote] Since the majority of documents issued by the Vatican on issues related to the SSPXers and Sedevacantists treat them as Roman Catholics who are in schism (on in some lesser form of separation from the Roman Church) they should be able to vote in the poll in one of the two Roman Catholic categories. The mia physis formula was used by St. Cyril in an orthodox fashion, and as long as they are using it in the sense he intended, they too would be theologically orthodox. [/quote] Whether or not the Non-Chalcedonian Orthodox Christians are heretical in their Christologial beliefs (and I strongly feel that their beliefs about Christ are heretical), they are still heretical inasmuch as they deny other divinely revealed dogmas (e.g. papal infallibility).
