For those in the Chicagoland area and surrounding, the [url="http://www.hereiamlord.net/index.php"]HIAL Conference[/url] is coming up soon! This year it is March 3rd-6th (some of the days are spent with school children from the area) and it looks like this is going to be another amazing year. I am a friend of the founder (he actually is here on PM, although hasn't been active in some time) and depending on my own schedule at work, I hope to be able to go. This conference is where I first heard a calling to the religious life myself!

They have some [url="http://www.stpatrickparish.org/index.php?m=44&s=263"]great speakers and entertainment[/url] along with about a bazillion religious communities from all over! I've also been told that there is a huge section of cloistered communities that could not send a representative! [url="http://www.stpatrickparish.org/index.php?m=44&s=98"]Here are the schedules[/url] for each day and you can [url="http://www.stpatrickparish.org/index.php?m=44&s=125"]get tickets[/url] in a variety of ways. Just note there is only so much room for seating, so they could run out!

That would be quite aw'esome! I highly recommend going to anyone in the area. Even if you aren't discerning the religious life!
