I just found this tonight after visiting the Sisters' website and it has some really beautiful vocation stories from the postulant and candidates. Sr. Rochelle, the postulant, was a Facebook friend of mine before she entered the community and it seems she is very happy in the order.

Their main apostolate is teaching the Catholic catechism to children. They are dedicated to teaching children the Catholic faith in a wholesome way--no short-changing. They also run elderly homes. You can read more here:
