You can use [url="http://picasa.google.com"]Picasa[/url] to do this if you don't have Photoshop or Gimp installed on your computer.

If you want an avatar that looks normal, it has to be exactly 150x150. Most forums aren't this way though... Your new avatar does look much better though... Poor Bl. Marie Celine! As least you can give her a rest from her hobbit like state, lol.
