Definitely almost said 'Ensign', but that's the Mormon one. But 'Envoy' is an excellent Catholic magazine.

I'm slowly perusing The Remnant right now, and I will let you know if I find anything extremely objectionable.

I do enjoy their publication, its something nice to flip through and easy reading. Since the passing of my father they have continued our subscription indefinitely, which was very kind of them. Along this line, are there any Catholic parenting magazines, along the lines of magazines like [i]Parenting, Baby Talk, American Baby[/i], but for Catholics? Because if there aren't I think it would be an amesome thing to start up!

From what I remember, [i]Faith & Family[/i] was pretty good.

The Remnant portrays Austrian economics as un-Catholic, about which I disagree.

First Things is ecumenical, having been founded by the late Fr. Richard John Neuhaus when he was still a Lutheran, and retaining it's ecumenical character after he converted to Catholicism. It's almost all Catholic and high-church Protestant commentary on culture, politics, etc. Best magazine there is.
