I wonder why they have a wait period of 5 years when most monasteries want 2-3 years? I would go batty if I had to wait that long. I haven't heard much about the Carmel of Cristo Rey, but it sounds really neat! I am very happy for you that you are going on a week-long visit to discern. I will say some prayers that you find your calling while you're there.

I told everyone that when I go for my visit I am going to give my last goodbyes becasue I dont know what will happen. But yes it is like the greatest love story ever told! becasue Jesus wants me right now He just cant wait So before I know it we will be getting married
