I'd love to buy but your not shipping internationally.
That's something I just noticed! We will ship internationally - obviously the shipping will be a bit more. We can work out shipping for item(s) you or anyone else buy.

Sorry I meant to include international shipping. As Homer Simpson would say, "Doh!" or is it "Duh"? Or both!

What a fantastic idea! I'll have to check it out...but the last thing in the world I need is more books. But that hasn't stopped me from purchasing more :hehe: And the funds are going to a great cause.

If I buy a couple/few different books, do I have to pay separate shipping for all of them?
No, I will combine the shipping.

Please, please people, start buying these items. Put in nice high bids and get a good battle going. That way I will convince myself that I do not *need* half of them! :hehe2:

You could also use EZSniper = https://www.ezsniper.com/. The first 3 bids are free and to put money on your account like $10 lasts forever - if your aren't a frequent Ebay or other auction bidder.

With EZSniper, if for any reason you have to cancel your bid for money reasons, you can easily - up to the last 5-10 mins or so and you aren't held to it. It also saves you money. There is that psychological mindset where some people freak when they see someone beat their bid and they bid again because of the "You aren't going to beat me!" deal. This way you save money as with this taken out of the picture you can win more often and pay less. I"ve used this for things I really wanted.

I know 2 power sellers on Ebay and they like snipers because they find they are more serious, pay quicker and as they have the option to back out with no one knowing, there are less of the people who back out and don't pay when they use the bidding button on Ebay.

So I don't mind if PMers snipe if it will get them these great catholic books!

We placed more online last night and will have more today and days to come. In fact we have boxes and boxes but we won't sell the real good ones or favorites yet! When we enter and stay in our "homes", please God !, friends and family will sell them then. We just have way too many rare and fantastic ones to sell out right and lose forever if we find we can't stay for a reason or get surprised by God and see we had no vocation! But the latter is very doubtful!

We may have more rosaries, statues, wall crucifixes, etc. Besides "secular" books and other items.

Thanks to you all who will hopefully win!

If I had some money, I'd bid on the flute. Sadly, though, my cash is not that expendable. Do you expect to list anything on Divine Mercy, like St. Faustina's diary? I also wouldn't mind finding a nice copy of My Sister, St. Therese. These are books that I have been looking for, so I would rather buy them from you if it could help a vocation. ;)

Just added lots more books. A lot of Dominican: 2 bios on St. Dominic, 1 of St. Catherine de Ricci, 1 on Margaret Ebner,, Vocations in Black and White, a big book called St. Dominic's Family - lives of Dominican saints, blesseds, other holy people, a Celebration of Surprises book by a sister in the West Springfield Dominican monastery.

And lots of others.

Still have to add a wonderful book by the founder of the Dominicans of the Perpetual Rosary - sort of a handbook for the nuns, "Tyburn Hill of Glory" on Tyburn's foundress and St. Augustine's Confessions.

Added a bio on St. Jane de Chantal, Introduction to the Devout Life.

A great book called "Brothers and Sisters: A Glimpse into Cloistered Life" - great b&w photos of Carmelite, Poor Clare, Benedictine nuns and Cistercian monks. A few photos I recognize like the nuns in the refectory in the old Stanbrook Abbey refectory.
