If you paid by credit card, you can call the credit card company and file a case. They'll get the money back to you in a few days. And it'll ruin the store's credit with the company. I did this recently with a company that also never delivered. Even if you don't do it for yourself, you should do it for others who might use the same credit card with that store.

I know it's not really ready, but it's there if you want to look. I'm trying to get some more designs ready in time for Christmas, but I don't know if I'll be able to. I do special pieces for people all the time though, and I'm really quite willing to work something out. My prices are very flexible too at this point.
