[url="http://www.twitpic.com/88ueqz"]Thus, SOPA's author would be in violation of SOPA.[/url] Edit: [url="http://www.geekosystem.com/sopa-author-copyright-violator/"]Geekosystem [/url]confirms Congressman Smith would indeed be in violation of SOPA if passed. Apparently the photo was Creative Commons licensce, so it could have been freely used if the photographer was given credit and it was non-commercial in nature. [/quote] How long until people start pirating a bunch of stuff and posting it on the websites of SOPA supporters? Obama has come out against this particular bill, which is a good sign.
