brandelynmarie Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 (edited) An Italian Mother Superior risks all to save Jewish orphans from the Nazis. I found this movie to be heartbreaking & bittersweet. Cherie Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 We had this movie in the convent!!!! Great film!!!
brandelynmarie Posted February 4, 2012 Author Posted February 4, 2012 So happy you guys are enjoying it.
Antigonos Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Hollywood had something of a love affair about this time with movies about nuns -- IIRC, The Nun's Story came out in 1959.
brandelynmarie Posted February 4, 2012 Author Posted February 4, 2012 (edited) I would say so. Look at The Sound of Music. We are all things nun & sister & consecrated life on here. If I am bored enough, I will unearth something good from youtube! Edited February 4, 2012 by brandelynmarie
Libcath2000 Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 The 'Trouble With Angels' is on Youtube, and btw, the Conspiracy of Hearts was a great movie!
