I got a new one yesterday, started setting it up at 1 o'clock this afternoon and finally finished at 4 o'clock. It was only an updated model of the one I'd had so it should have been simple, but no chance. Think I must qualify for some sort of indulgence for a) not swearing at it and b) not throwing it at the person who sold me it. I'm sure it's very nice but starting to think a quill pen and a bottle of ink would be soooo much nicer.

I don't use half the stuff on it, and i feel like I need an advanced degree to operate it. I'm glad it isn't just me!!!! However, I do want to have a fairly 'current' phone in case the HolySpirit comes a-callin'!

I have a cheap Nokia that could survive just about anything that does three things, takes pictures, sends texts, calls people. I'm sure it does other things but I wouldn't trust my blood pressure if I tried to find out.

How about work you hunk of metal or I'll program you to sing 'Teletubbies' (preschool children's program over here) or the theme tune from 'Mork and Mindy'

Teletubbies is enough to frighten any self-respecting phone. Mercifully I've never had to watch it but I have friends with small children who have. Ugh!

However, I don't think the other boards are far behind.
