I WISH!!!

 

No, I just snagged those off of google. Mine had yellow wheels and laces and NO POMPOMS... (I do still have them out in the garage, though.) I wonder if I had pompoms at one time, but took them off... or if I just never had them. I can't remember!

Of course, my first pair were more like this. They must have been adjustable without a key because I don't remember ever having one. (And I do remember adjusting them a LOT.)

Oh my, all those things bring back memories!

 

Broke my arm on one of these in 3rd grade.... exactly like that one, frankly.  No special stuff... just some roller skate wheels and a board.  And, uh, no way to stop it.   Yeah.  FIRST RIDE I broke my arm.  (ever-klutzy AnneLine....)
