Ready to do Your will God! I'm standing here with open arms waiting for You to pass me what You want me to do.

Once upon a lifetime ago, Shelly Pennefather was the sweetest of shooting stars, an All-American at Villanova and the 1987 national player of the year. Since 1991, she has lived here, in the Poor Clare Monastery, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a very modest middle-class neighborhood.

I am more opened to God's will...whatever it may be and wherever the Lord shall lead me...I will go!

It is so hard to let go and being open.....During the highschool retreat (I am not in highschool but I was one of the leaders)...I had a strong group of young girls...well there was one girl who was older than me. Anyways they love me and I love them!

Anyways, I had a beautiful experience last nite. The Holy Spirit knocked me down...literally knocked me down! It was so peaceful and beautiful...I wanted to take a nap!

Dont worry....there were people who caught me and I was on the floor for a while..with my eyes closed shut...I hope people didn't think that I died or not. I opened my eyes and smiled.....Then they laughed and I laughed too! :)

That was one of the most serious times at the retreat! We laughed a lot! I almost broke my ribs from laughing so much! hahaha

I had some awkward moments too......that belongs in the lame board though......

After it sinks in more..I will tell you more about it! :)
